Great buy

For the price this is a fantastic rod. The cork on the handle is some of the nicest I've seen. The joint for the 2 pieces is barely noticeable and does not move at all. The blank is great too, handles baits well below its stated limit. I had bought it for using in my kayak but I'm using it pretty much every day in my boat as well as a shorter rod for jerkbaits, gliders and WTD baits.

Great rod for the price, picked one up to use on my kayak. Landed one fish jigging a tube and another chopping a glide. Absolutely love this rod so far, great all-around rod or starter rod. It can handle smaller lures than is rated for (~1.5-2oz), the largest I have thrown so far is ~7oz.
