Order processing and shipping days

Orders placed before noon Eastern Time on a shipping business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed after noon (12PM ET), or outside shipping business days, usually ship the next shipping business day.

EZOKO ships orders from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian and Quebec holidays. Please note that customer service is off or slower on Mondays. Order change or modification requests sent during the weekend may be reviewed and handled only on Tuesday.

Examples:

• If you place an order on Tuesday at 10 AM Eastern Time, it will ship later that same day.
• If you place an order on Friday at 2 PM Eastern Time, it will ship on Monday, unless Monday is a holiday.
• If you send an order change request during the weekend, we may only be able to review and process it on Tuesday (but we will hold the shipping on the order until Tuesday).

Shipping notes and special requests

If you have a special request, need your order before a fishing trip, want us to pay attention to a delivery deadline, or need us to review something before shipping, please leave a note in your cart or at checkout. We read all order notes and always do our best to help.

Order notes are not a guaranteed delivery service, but they are the best way to let our team know what matters for your order before it ships.

Shipping to Canada

Oversized and overweight items shipping to Canada

Some oversized or overweight items require an additional shipping fee. These fees are applied in addition to standard shipping rates when applicable.

• Some 2-piece rod orders below the free-shipping threshold may show a combined 2-piece rod shipping rate of 28.99 CAD at checkout.
• Most 4-piece fly fishing rods do not require an extra shipping fee, but 2-piece or 3-piece fly rods are treated as 2-piece rods for shipping.
• Some remote locations may require longer delivery times.

Some oversized or restricted items require an additional shipping fee or cannot be shipped to USA.

• For 9 ft+ 1-piece rods, most carriers do not accept cross-border packages longer than 8 ft 11 in. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether a shipping option is available.
• Some 2-piece rod orders below the free-shipping threshold may show a combined 2-piece rod shipping rate of 29.99 USD at checkout.
• Most 4-piece fly fishing rods do not require an extra shipping fee, but 2-piece or 3-piece fly rods are treated as 2-piece rods for shipping.
• We do not ship lithium batteries to USA.
• We do not ship non-stowable musky nets to USA.

USA shipping questions

Do I have to pay duties, import fees, or sales tax on delivery?
No. For USA orders, the price displayed to you and paid at checkout is the price you pay. EZOKO takes care of duties, import fees, and applicable cross-border charges.

Why does my tracking or carrier communication mention Global-e?
EZOKO partners with Global-e for international ecommerce, shipping, and compliance. Some labels, tracking pages, or carrier communications may mention Global-e instead of EZOKO. That is normal.

Can I order lithium batteries, 9 ft+ 1-piece rods, or non-stowable musky nets to USA?
Lithium batteries and non-stowable musky nets cannot be shipped to USA. For 9 ft+ 1-piece rods, most carriers do not accept cross-border packages longer than 8 ft 11 in. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether a shipping option is available.

Why did checkout apply more than one oversized rod fee?
If you order several rods, the system may automatically calculate several extra shipping fees. Email us and we can help create an order with one applicable extra shipping fee when possible, or refund wrongly applied extra fees when we see them.

For countries not listed above, we do not currently offer pre-calculated shipping fees because shipping prices from Canada can vary significantly by destination, item size, carrier availability, and product restrictions.

Shipping rates, oversized fees, and checkout accuracy

Shipping rates shown at checkout are based on your destination, cart value, and the products in your order. Some oversized, overweight, restricted, hazardous, or carrier-limited items may require additional fees or may not be eligible for shipping to certain destinations.

Some product-specific shipping rates are combined rates rather than separate add-on fees. For example, some 2-piece rod orders below the free-shipping threshold may show a combined 2-piece rod shipping rate at checkout instead of the regular standard shipping rate plus a separate oversized fee.

Most 4-piece fly fishing rods do not require an oversized shipping fee. Fly rods in 2-piece or 3-piece configurations are treated as 2-piece rods for shipping because their packed length is longer.

If a shipping rate appears incorrect for a complex order, or if you are ordering several oversized items such as rods, nets, tackle boxes, trolling motors, marine electronics, pole mounts, live poles, or long tracks, please contact EZOKO before placing your order. We will always do our best to find the most efficient and fair shipping option available.

Carriers and tracking

EZOKO ships with common parcel carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, Purolator, DHL, Canada Post, Canpar, and other regional partners depending on destination and service availability.

A tracking number is provided once your order ships.

For international orders handled through Global-e, some labels, tracking pages, carrier emails, customs documents, or shipping communications may mention Global-e instead of EZOKO. That is normal and does not change your order with EZOKO.
