Refund policy
At EZOKO, our goal is to provide you with top-quality fishing equipment for all your fishing needs. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy for all our products. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Just send us an email to support@ezokofishing.com. and explain us your issue: We will reply shortly to give you the return instructions.
If your return is accepted and WE are responsible of the return (wrong product, damaged product, ...) we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
If your return is accepted and YOU are responsible of the return (your ordererd the wrong product, you don't want it anymore, ...), we will get in touch with you and offer you the choice to send us back the products at your own cost, or to provide you a return shipping label for which we'll deduct the cost to your refund.
All return inquiries will be responded in few hours but we commit to a maximum of 24h response time (during business days)
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
